and I did it again! Another "long" run. Five miles this time. {I was still pretty sore from boot camp... but then when am i NOT sore from boot camp}
I don't go into this run with high expectations other than finishing in the allotted time.
I am looking forward to a good girls weekend in New Orleans... it makes the running worth it!!
