which means there is a BIRTHDAY girl in the house. And she is VERY excited to be going out Friday night with her family and friends to celebrate!! Dinner with the family first, then kiddos will head home and then we will meet our friends at our favorite little piano bar! Should be tons of fun!
This week has been full...nice having the kids out of school on Monday! I scrapbooked... GASP!!
Tuesday our new ladies Bible study began and I am excited to have a weekly date with a sweet friend who is going with me!! We met for lunch then skipped over to the church! Job: Lessons in Comfort. Cannot wait! Also a package that caused quite a riff in my house this weekend per my PMSing finally arrived!! I have a new love and his name is LOUIS!! He is small but mighty!! And I love him!!
Wednesday {today} had my prayer time with another good friend. Then clean, clean, cleaned the HOUSE!! Afterwards met Number 1 son to get his passport! Unfortunately he was given some misinformation so we NOW have ALL the correct forms, pics, etc and will return on Friday. Possibly tomorrow if his meeting after school finishes in time.
Thursday {tomorrow} I am FINALLY going to revive the BOOGER chair!! My sweet friend has invited me and the chair over for a little slipcover party! I cannot wait to see her all dolled up! I will definitely have before and after pictures.
Friday... WELL, that is THE big BIRTHDAY!! And the IB Open House for the upcoming freshman class... Did i just say that?? Upcoming FRESHMAN class?? Number 2 will be in HS next year!! Oh my gosh... breath, just breath! McSweetie is going to the Open House and Number 1 son has a speaking role as he is on the Advisory Board. Then the kids break off into groups and tour... Number 1 son does not have Number 2 son in his group. But he assured my that he is well taken care of! Like I had any doubts! Hate that I am missing it but it is my work day... I will be ok... But you know I HATE to miss ANY of the boy's activities!
Which reminds me that I need to add to tomorrow's list of making my coffee cake for the brunch. In fact, may just do that tonight!
