A Day of Picking

So a couple of weeks ago I found this amazing china cabinet on Craig's List. It was only $100 and a short drive over the bay. So once I had McSweetie on board we took a Saturday ( and Number 1's truck) to retrieve my cabinet. He had also found some great items on his job site as well. (the piece hanging over my bed and an awesome pallet)

While on our way we found a cute little dresser on the side of the road. McSweetie said we could grab that on the way back. Well, somehow we didn't see it as we were leaving. ( now comes the part of the story that never needs to be spoken of again. Little note: mcSweetie and I DO NOT DO DIRECTIONS!!! Our biggest "fights" ever have been over directions). But once we got on track we found the dresser as well. It is missing the back... Bead board can fix that! It is missing 2 of its drawers, baskets and a shelves will fix that. And the bottom draw needs some TLC but it has potential to be ADORABLE!!
