"Check" me out...

my sweet friend at Fancy Schmancy believes every room should have polka dots. I agree. So I started going through my house to see just how many rooms of mine have polka dots, A BUNCH!! But I also have lots of black and white check!! It all started with my love of MACKenzie Childs!! I love this patternMy MIL is so sweet to add to my collection on special occassions. And my mom adds the ceramiccollection!! I LOVE them all!!

So inspired by my sweet friend who is giving us a glimpse of all the rooms at her house that has polka dots, I thought I'd go around and see how many polka dots and checks I could find in mine!

So today here are the pics from my living room....{I'm saving my best room for last... the kitchen}

I made the frame during Mardi Gras this year!!

This picture is a little dark {sorry} but the lamp had

leopard spots, and the coasters are tied up with

a black and white check ribbon!

Mostly picture frames but they are polka dots!! The only checks are my curtains which are a tone on tone silk. I picked them up at Tuesday Morning during one of their sales!!
