Got Kefir??

Well I do. I have been attending a FABULOUS Bible study. One week our lesson focused on healthy eating. And I was introduced to the benefits of KEFIR. It's wonderful for your digestive tract. Probiotics, good protein... So with so many friends at church that use it, I thought I would try it. So Wednesday I went to my friend Sarah's house and got a quick Kefir 101 tutorial. So after a quick trip to the local farmers market and a gallon jug if Raw Milk I was good to go. Actually I also had a stop at Target to get a strainer/small holed colander to use, nonmetal. Now I was goo to go.

So this am I made my first smoothie.... Kefir, frozen mixed berries, a scoop of protein powder and some honey. I feel healthier already. I already have two jars going. Thought my mom may want to give it a try.
