WOW!!! The rain this am is CRAZY!!! I left early to take the boys to school and I am glad that I did. I have NEVER seen water on the roads like this!! In front of the Intermediate school the water must have been 4 inches over the road. I just kept praying Lord I am this close, surely I can make it!! But I must say I made an "illegal" left turn into the school, but I just couldn't see risking driving another 100 yards just to turn around!! And a big thank you to the person who let me turn left!! Then I went a different route to get Number 1 son to school and it wasn't as bad. But I called a friend on her cell and she said that an accident had just happened at the light I had just left.
So all that said, "Thank you Lord for getting all my ducks to school and me safely home!!" As my McSweetie said, "Next time just don't take them." I'm glad the boys didn't hear that!!
