Just because...

I don't have anything profound to write (not that I write about much that is profound) . But I did want to share the verses in 2Kings 6:16-17
"'Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them. And Elisha prayed, and said , "Lord, I pray open his eyes that he may see.""
Thank you for teaching me so patiently to look with your eyes and for opening my eyes time after time. You are so gracious!!
Yesterday was a "beach" day. I say that b/c it rained as soon as we all got there so we headed to the indoor pool at the condo and the kids all had a blast. Even bumped into my BIL and nieces and nephew while we were there!! Then we went over to the Wharf and ate at Johnny Rockets, had Dippin Dots, shopped (finally found that summer bag I had been looking for, I know you can all rest easy now!!), went swimsuit shopping, and the kids played putt-putt (indoors, kinda lame but they enjoyed it!!) While McSweetie went to dinner with all our buds (that had been at the beach). It was a great "WAHOO DAY" as my friend calls the 1st day of summer vacation!!

Be safe in all your summer travels!! Gotta run and get ready for b'ball! Last game before the play-offs start next week!! Go Astros!!!
