Good grief. The first month of the new year has already flown by. Why does time have to go so fast? A lot happened this month. I hope that February is a little more laid back!
I look forward to Mardi Gras!! I love all the parades. I never experienced it until we moved here! And it is a lot of fun!! I told McSweetie today he needed to go rent his tux. I think we should really look into buying one but that would have put him over the edge. But since we have been here.... we could have had one paid for already. I guess I need to be on the look out for that. It's just that I don't often make it into that store. I wonder why?
Super Bowl Sunday... I really don't have a preference as to who wins. I just like to watch the game. I wonder if the commercials will be any good this year. We were reflecting on past Super Bowl parties we have been to. He remembered the year of the "wardrobe malfunction". We were with some friends and during half time the kids were giving us a piano recital so we missed the whole thing. The one time we don't watch the half time show. Oh, well. I couldn't even tell you who is performing this year.
