SORRY, BUT I MUST VENT FOR A MOMENT!!!!!
i made a "significant" purchase the other day on Ebay. You might remember my mentioning my excitement of the purchase of said item. So I made my payment through paypal MINUTES after i purchased this item. And i have been patiently waiting for this item.
So today i am checking to see if i had ANY RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS {2 NICE ONES}. I go to the sellers ebay site and what do i read but NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for an item that was never received. So i do a little investigating...
- this item had been sold one day after the initial person bought it. So 2 have been sold but only 1 received.
- i purchased my item on the 20th and another one was sold on the 23rd and the buyer has received it.
- so i contact the person who left the negative feedback to see if they have filed a grieveance with eBay.
- come to find out ANOTHER PERSON HAS CONTACTED THEM SAYING THEY NEVER RECEIVED THEIR ITEM... A CARTRIDGE
- the other expression sold and RECEIVED ONLY HAD 2 CARTRIDGES WITH IT... MINE SHOULD HAVE HAD 3!!

Sketchy for sure!!!!! I hate it when stuff like that happens.... or when you go to another state and an old friend says they are going to call you.....and then they never do UGGGGG!!!! what is wrong with people!! ha ha

yeah, it doesn't sound good. that happened to me once when i bought a flat iron on ebay. never received it, had to file a dispute on paypal, finally got my money back 30 days later. if they don't answer your emails soon, i would file a dispute (you only have a certain amount of time). what a scammer! shame, shame on them!
That stinks. I'm sorry. I would contact Ebay.

Send them a serious email letting them know they have 12 hours in which to get back to you or you will file the report. After 12 hours, file. If they haven't responded, they won't. Also file with PayPal. They will get penalties from both Ebay and PayPal. Sometimes the sellers on Ebay are a major pain to deal with.... but I have always gotten my money back.
