a classmate of my son's was killed yesterday. I am just heartbroken over the whole thing. I think it hits close to home not only because she was his friend but also because I could have been in the same boat back in the spring, with son number 2's 4-wheeler accident. He fortunately was not seriously injured! That was truly by the GRACE OF GOD!! Unfortunately this young lady was not spared. I am just having a hard time processing this whole thing. There was a candlelight service this evening for her at the Pier and it was so moving seeing all the friends, teachers, staff and family that turned out. The sweet words her friends had for her.... Remembering her pony tail. She had beautiful long blonde hair!! Always smiling.... When she finally got a cell phone....
Just pray for her family, peers, teachers, etc. The whole community is hurting right now!!
Even in this our God is sooo good!! He will guide everyone thru the healing process!!
