Preparing...

for my THink Pink Scrapbook retreat coming up next weekend! I cannot wait to go and spend time with some of my MOST favorite people. I have spent the weekend trying to print pictures that I want to work on. I am taking this year and working backwards from current to the first of the year. I have ALOT of work to do. Some of my friends have been so sweet to offer up their pics for me to work on.

I am a little overwhelmed at what I need to pack. It's always the paper thing. I am trying to get it all bagged together so I will know ahead of time... but I have 2 solid days to get that done then i am out of here!!

It will get done... I just need not to get sidetracked like I soooo easily do!

On another note... this girl has been spending tooo much time having fun with food and such... I am NOT a big partier but have had a REALLY good time the past 2 weekends and i think it is catching up with me... As number 1 says... "I feel a cleanse coming on!!" And he is probably right cause i know there will be great food this weekend to eat!

Fun Stuff that has been going on...
Friday I took a half day and went to work the Shrimp Festival. My friend and i worked the T-shirt booth for 4 hours... got our cute volunteer T-shirt then headed over to the main stage for the nights entertainment... Mustang Sally and John Rich!!

Oh wow!! We had a ball!! Danced, sang... Waffle House... you get the picture!! We had an interesting encounter but if you want to know about that you will have to send me a message and i will tell you all about it!! Let's just say that I don't need to head that way anytime in the near future!! It all started the weekend before when we went down for the Kick Off party for all the volunteers...

Then we spent some time watching football this weekend with friends... alas, it was a VERY SAD day for me.. VERY SAD!!! SO SAD i really cannot even talk about it!! And all the Orange and Blue I had to see this weekend made me even sadder!! Seriously, we are number 8 now??!! Whatever!!

Tomorrow is an off day thank goodness. I need to recoup from all the fun!! And finish packing for my upcoming weekend. Thank goodness my fall break starts on Friday!! WAHOOooooooooo!! Perks of being a teacher!! :o)
