Have I told You How Much I LOVE Football??

WOW!!! Is all I have to say. What a GREAT weekend of football! ROLL TIDE!!! War Eagle, and if only R's team had won it would have been absolutely perfect!! We played another community team and the gold team prevailed! Hopefully this weekend will be better. I know that practices this week will probably be tough on the kids. I just hope it's not too tough!!

Since we last "talked" I worked a half day Friday and hung out at the pool the rest of the day. Then S went over to HH's house to hang out. I pooped out at 7:45 and had to go to bed. I don't know why I was so tired. Then Saturday S helped with a 5k race (got up at 5:30am to help set up) then had play rehearsal, and then hung out until we all went over to HH"s house to play cards. R had rehearsal then the football game. After the game, we ate at Lulu's. YUMMY!! Came home and watched football. Figured Auburn would squeak out with a win. But holy cow, I couldn't believe how well BAMA played!! Living here we are surrounded by lots of LSU, Miss State, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Auburn fans even some Gator fans mixed in. You don't see alot of UGA fans, but our friends we play cards with are (and ole miss). So I thought at half time as I was getting ready to go over, I would wear all black, but then I thought, "Nah, I won't be that obnoxious." If I had known them longer oh heck ya I would have busted out the black so I kept on my khaki shorts and top. Well, we arrive and guess who has on black, Yes sir she does and her daughter does too! Well from now on I am no holds bar with my football convictions. The gloves are off and my blood does run CRIMSON!!! Sometimes blue, but always CRIMSON!!!!!

Yesterday we went to church, came home, cleaned house, talked to my best buddy Jill (thanks for the call), Desperate Housewives, and that about wraps it up.

Today was tennis, house showing, pool side reading (book 2 of the Twilight Series) and now I am waiting for number 2 son to get home. Number 1 has rehearsal until 6.

Oh and have I mentioned that it seems that McSweetie is moving to a new division w/in his company? It's a good thing! Especially during these times. Good GRIEF!!! I'm just glad people are still building things!!

Have a great week!! "Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength," Isaiah 40:31

Ahh, it's that patience word. I see it alot!! You would think I would have ALOT of strength. Maybe it's because I am NOT waiting but trying to do MY thing. OK, patience; Lord I AM waiting upon YOU!!!
