My sweet friend at Jumpin In has What's Cookin' Wednesday and I love checking out her recipes. Her red velvet cupcakes are to die for!! I've made them several times... So she has inspired me to do something similiar... Family Favorite Friday!!
So this weeks post and hopefully Friday's hereafter... will be my Family Favorite Friday... it can include but is not limited to favorite recipes, place to go, games to play... etc.
This weeks will be a recipe... I received this recipe from another friend from back home and we call it....
Ms. Jill's Pasta
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic
2T parmesan
2T parsley
1c. whipping cream
1t basil
1/4t cayenne
1 can chicken or shrimp
Melt butter and garlic 1 minute. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Saute for 15 minutes.
Serve over angel hair pasta!!
This is a meal that the ENTIRE family likes!! So thank you Ms. Jill because that is hard to find!! {And so are you, we need a fix with our favorite family of royalty!!}
