That would be S. We went to the club for a 4th of July party and there was a dessert contest. Best dessert gets a free hour tennis lesson. Well, S wanted to make his chocolate cheesecake, so he said if he won I could have the lesson. (I have raised my boy right!!) Anyway, it was FABULOUS!! And the owner of a local restaurant had some and asked S if he would make him 10!!!! S thought he was just kidding... But he was serious. S is fired up to make some cheesecake... 10 in 2 weeks!! Way to go bud!! He makes his mama proud!!
