I love this verse for today (even though I just changed my calendar over and it is 9:15 at night)
"Keep your heart with all diligence," Proverbs 4:23 Keep it strong, resilient, and happily dedicated to you.

Am I always happily dedicated to Him??!! I would love to say Yes, all the time but the awful truth is NO!! As I came home this evening and was putting stuff away, S comes up to me and says, "Go ahead and give Dad the evil eye!" I'm like what are you talking about and he procedes to tell me that McSweetie had left the closet door open while Annie was locked in the bathroom while we were at S's banquet. So of course she had made herself at home and proceded to chew up my favorite Brighton straw bag. Yes, I was irritated, but given all that has been going on with us and around us... Who cares. It's a purse. All be it my favorite (although McSweetie HATED that purse b/c if it was sitting in the floor of the car and toppled over, everything would fall out) my identity is not the purse. My heart needs to be dedicated to my Savior.
