& the weekend is finally here!! The boys and I drove down to the beach tonight for the Welcome party for the Hall of Fame weekend. The cake was a HUGE success and quite good. One girl kept coming back for more!! Which I was glad b/c I didn't want to bring any of it home. We were able to see some swimming friends from back home! I hate that we cannot go to the banquet tomorrow night but we have supper club, S has a youth group sleep over and R is spending the night with a friend. And all that adds up to a night ALONE for me and McSweetie!!
Of course the usual activity is going on this weekend, rehearsal & football. We have given up swimming for this month. Just cannot do it all!!
We have a potential buyer for the house. Keep your fingers crossed!! I know that God's will will be done in this!! He can make it work if that is for HIS greater good!! Will keep you posted!!

OK, I'm jealous but so happy for y'all on the house AND I'll be praying for God to be HUGE in all the details and that His will be done (of course).
PS Last night we rented and watched Sex and the City. It was great even the second time around. About 1/2 way through Eric was saying "this is too sad" but we know it all sort of got tied up in a neat little bow at the end.
