I'm Back!!

... From my girls weekend/scrapbook reTreat!! And what a treat it was! I went up on Thursday and stayed with my parents. Dad had my FAVORITE chinese food ready for me when I got there and a glass of pinot grigio! What a way to wind down after driving!! Then we just sat around and visited. I got to look at ALL the goodies my mom received from her Southern Living at HOme party! Wow! She racked up! She got me the stocking bucket. I can't wait to use it this season!! Then it was off to bed and to read my book!! {I finished it Friday night and am looking forward to book IV} Got a nice "wake-up" call that my friend Wendy was on her way over. Mom had breakfast for all of us. Then it was off for a girls day of shopping. My buddy Jill hooked up with us for that. We went to Garden Ridge {my new favorite store} and I got some great floral greenery and a few other little treats!! Then it was off to one of my all time favorite lunch spots, Out Takes!! I had the swiss almond chicken salad, pasta pesto, and Mediterranean salad. {My mouth waters just thinking about it again!!} Off to 2 of my favorite stores, then it was time to head off to the reTREAT!! Where my other buddy Jill was waiting for us!!!

After unloading, some serious scrapbooking started happening!! I had the best time and made some of the CUTEST pages EVER!! I love the cricut and MUST get the expression!! So if anyone is looking for the regular size cricut at a great price... you know who to call!!

Anyway, the food was YUMMY as usual. I came armed with TUMS this time but did not need them!! I behaved myself quite well with the eating! I just ate smaller portions. It's all so good!! And our hostesses are the best. If you are looking for a great scrapbook retreat the I HIGHLY recommend you look them up!!
