Just when I think I have it all together...

... I realize that I don't!! Case in point, I started this week with a "things to do this week" calendar. {It's really cute!!} You know the kind, it lists the days of the week with lines underneath and a memo box and things to do list. So I have sat and filled it out for the entire week even into next. And I am so proud, checking off the things I have done and checking the things I have left to do. I even had some of tomorrow's action items marked off today. Feelin' pretty good. Then WHAM!! What are all those cars doing at the Middle school I wonder. I go to HS to pick up kiddo's from rehearsal {after spending an enormous amount of time at Wally World getting items for Fall Festival, but that my friends is ANOTHER story for another time}and overhear a Dad talking about the BAND MEETING TONIGHT!!! Well, there goes my organization!! I had neglected to transfer that to my calendar. The meeting should have been last week and I just completely forgot to move it to this weeks calendar!!!!! Oh well!! I am only one person trying to juggle WAY too many BALLS!!!

Here I live in such a small town and since noon today I have driven 40 miles just getting kids where they need to be!! I'm glad that gas is down to $2.46 a gallon.

Anyhooo... I hope that all is well with everyone in blog land. I hope that I don't forget anything tomorrow. I hope that I can get the rest of my house clean before my parents arrive on Thursday. I hope that I will look back on all this craziness and think, "Those were the days!"
