1st Day of School= Moms, Muffins, & Mimosas

Well, the boys have had their first full day of school and they both arrived home with smiles on their faces!! Always warms my heart to know that they have had a good day and enjoyed their teachers!! Drop off went well this am. Except for the rain that started as I was taking number 1 son to the MS. But even he was ok with it!!

Came home and had muffins and mimosas with my gals!! We laughed and cut up over everything from college days, (thanks Kim!!), our kids, husbands, new weight loss plans (will report back in a month), pickles, food, (pickles and food are not considered the same category, just in case you were wondering), the many uses of a shower cap aka salad cover, bras and panties, air filters (did you know they make excellent umbrellas??), to what we were going to have for lunch, Tokyo's. And that still doesn't even begin to cover it all, but it does hit the high points!! Even had a new member join us today, I hope we didn't scar her for life!! We said if she was going to talk about us to only make it better and more juicy than it already was!! But it made the sadness of dropping our smallest members of the group at Kindergarten much more bearable.

Was able to talk on the phone with Wendy this afternoon uninterrupted by kids, now that is RARE!!! Still need to call J back, I will!!!

We have decided that Tuesdays need to be Toddy's and tennis!! Haven't come up with a theme for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday yet, but the year is still young!!
