that you would think enough of my ramblings...
A to keep up and read it
B to actually be sweet enough to post about my ramblings
C to actually recommend others to read it.
With all that said I graciously accept this award and hope that I can uphold the high standards that it has set. I thank you for being a sweet friend and always encouraging me to wear my flip flops and pearls. ( I must confess that I only have on the flip flops today didn't think the pearls matched my funky top) Love ya my "crazy hobby lobby" flip flop pearl wearin' friend!!! I think I am supposed to nominate 7 other blogs. So I am going to award... Drum roll please... Now some of these I don't know them personally but I don't really think it matters they may just think I am a crazy blog stalker but... Their links are under my blog list:
So, congratulations ladies!! Thanks for all your encouragement that you didn't know that you give me!! Now you are to...
I went to our ladies luncheon this am and its goal was to bring us all together and meet and talk and encourage one another. Our circle groups are kicking off in a few weeks and I was disappointed to learn that my group is moving to (you guessed it) Wednesdays. (I feel like life is passing me by on Wednesdays. But God is using me to encourage these children to be fit, confident in themselves, enjoy the outdoors, different sports, etc) So I was pondering what day I was going to have to move to and I had considered doing a Bible study on the other side of the bay on Thursdays but it is a huge commitment type study and I just didn't know if I was up for the challenge especially with it being so far. (Stay with me here) So, I have had this one 7th grader who I just love. He is just a neat kid and his mom had expressed some concerns she had had and some things she would like to see in Pe, I believe her words were "Run them."And run we do!!! When he came back to school this fall, I thought wow, he has really matured and come into himself over the summer. He and S have actually spent some time together and I hope that they can do that some more. All that said, I think his mom is a really neat lady and I was thinking how much I would like to get to know her more. So now at the luncheon they are discussing the options for the study and on Thursdays she is teaching the circle group. I am thinking, thanks God, I see where you want me to be!! I love how he just speaks to us all the time. I am just not always the best listener.
The boys are at the new Bass Pro Shop!! I think I will start a load of laundry in case Fay takes out the power and then sit and read my book. I am loving it!! If you are looking for a good read, Water for Elephants, you won't be disappointed. I think Fay is finally starting to move in. She sure is slow. Maybe she is getting tired and won't dump too much water and wind on us!! Here's to a safe weekend.
And as Tigger would say, "TTFN!!"

Roll Tide, Tigger!!!!
