What a week...

Wow!! It has been a week. My mom had surgery today and all went well I am happy to say. I am so glad they have such great friends to help them while she is recovering.

Football has been "lively". Will be anxious to see if they have practice in the am.


We just got home from the baseball game with the youth group. How fun is it to see your kids enjoying time with friends who are like-minded. The kids all had a great time and I enjoyed watching them. Hard to believe that S is getting to "that" age. And R will be there before we know it too! R rode home with McSweetie and I took the older ones with me! FUN for me!! The boys have been blessed with such great friends!!

Will be anxious to see what "Faye" brings this weekend. I would love to be cooped up in the house with nothing to do but read and scrapbook.

S has the Booster Club's pancake b'fast in the am and I have a Ladies Luncheon to go to. I hope the weather doesn't hinder our events.

Geez, annie is fired up!! She has been home alone most of the day. Great, she is never going to settle down.

Nighty, night. I guess I am going to go catch up on some reading. Because clearly I am not going to get any sleep anytime soon!!

Did I mention that R is playing the piano right now. It is 11:40 and he is playing "Take me out to the Ball game" and "This land is your land, this land is my land". Simon is bouncing my exercise ball. Now they are horsing around and I think someone just got hurt!! McSweetie is scaring everybody and the cat is no where to be found.

Just another day on the bay!!!
