We had supper club tonight at our house and our theme was meat and 3. I made meatloaf and all the guests brought a side... asparagus, yummy, pinto beans, umm ummm good, potato casserole, oh my, corn bread, my personal favorite, sister shubert rolls, can't ever go wrong there, apple pie, omg, and chocolate pie, I was in heaven.
The boys babysat for my friend Sarah to come, she has 4 children!!!! She put the youngest 2 to bed early and so they only had Ellis and Anna Hartselle. Then at 7:30 they put the older ones to bed and got to chill out. R watched a movie while S talked on the phone. Sounds like a typical babysitter.
Anyway, we all had a fun night. Fun to get to know more couples from church. We have 9 couples in our club. So when we are all together it is a full house. I look forward to next month's gathering.
Can't believe the kids go to school on Monday. I am sad, another summer gone. Seems they just go faster and faster.
