Guess who is here!!

FAY!!! She finally made it to give us some rain just in time for morning carpool to school. I had the boys ready early so we could traverse the flooded roads. They were not bad at all. Everyone arrived safely; I am back at home, but McSweetie is still trying to get to work. The causeway is closed so EVERYONE is on the bayway. YUCK!!! Makes me thankful that work is 2 minutes from the house for me!!


The weekend was great! The boys enjoyed time with friends. S had a friend spend the night Saturday and then Sunday he went to another friends house to watch movies. R went to his friends house on Sunday and I tidied around the house. Oh, to have a maid, a smaller house, neater housemates, etc. Oh well!! I am not doing anymore house cleaning this week. It is what it is.


Today my windshield is finally getting repaired. Yay!! (exciting news I know!) I am going to enjoy a day at home reading, scrapbooking and drinking chai!! I am not going anywhere til S has swim practice!!


And guess what!! S told me yesterday that he was "looking forward to play practice." I knew he would!! R has been looking forward to it!!
